## Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature and permanent installation of our products — including pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and prefab pools — all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is confirmed and a deposit is received.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or installation issue, our warranty coverage applies:
